State board meetings start at 10:00 a.m. and usually end between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Voting members of the board are the state officers and chapter leaders (or chapter representatives). A quorum is five state officers and three chapter leaders/representatives. Board meetings are open to all NPSOT members.
