The Cross Timbers Chapter was organized in January 2007 to serve NPSOT
members who want to learn about and preserve the flora of the unique
ecotypes of the southern tip of the Western Crosstimbers and the Fort
Worth Prairie. Although
centered in Weatherford the chapter's interests extend from the
Metroplex to the eastern edge of the Clear Fork country.

No meetings during July or August. Our next
meeting will be
Thursday September 9 at Harberger Hill Rec Center.
Program
will be announced later. Stay cool.
Regular monthly meetings are on the second Thursday of the month at the
Harberger Hill Community Center, 201 Narrow Street in Weatherford.
Business meeting at 6:30 pm with program starting at about 7
pm. There are no meetings in the
months of July, August or December. All meetings are free and
open to the public.
