The Fredericksburg Chapter of NPSOT is hosting its 2010 Wildscapes Workshop on Saturday, Sept. 11 at the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, 1800 N. Llano St.
Entitled Better Basics: Backyards, Birds & Butterfies, the workshop is scheduled from 8:00a to 3p (speakers begin at 9:00a) with Garden Tours following until 5:30p, and will include educational programs, a book sale, silent auction, and raffle.
An associated plant sale will offer many of the plants featured in the workshop presentations. The sale will be open before the workshops and during lunch; plants purchased early will be held for pickup at the end of the seminars.
