The following links are to descriptions of native plants, which grow within a 50 mile radius of Denton. Especially those that can be considered to be useful for landscaping.
The pictures were donated by members of the Trinity Forks chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas. As we obtain more descriptions and pictures we will update this site. Eventually we are planning to have a description and at least two pictures of each native plant on the above lists.
The names in black have not been done, the ones in red are being worked on, and the ones that are underlined are links to annotated pictures or descriptions of the associated plant.
