History of Trinity
Forks Plant Sales
Saturday, April 9,
2011: Annual Spring
Plant Sale.
Our Native Plant sale was held in
conjunction with the Denton
Red Bud Festival
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Denton Civic Center, 321 East McKinney
Street. We raffled a garden
arbor for this
event. We have a PDF file that contains a nearly complete list of
the plants that we had for sale. Our spring native plant sale
was a success. We had beautiful
weather, except that the winds became quite strong about 4 o'clock.
The garden arbor was
won by the holder of ticket 9473571, Carla Quinn.
Spring Plant

was held in conjuntion with the Denton
Redbud Festival on
Saturday, April 10, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 4
p.m. at the Denton Civic Center, 321

We auctioned off a wood potting bench that was donated to us by
Three-Man Products. This was our most
sucessful sale since we started having spring plant sales. It was
a beautiful spring day and there
was a line of customers at the checkout from 9:45 until after 11.
There
were a large number of people present for our afternoon plant give
away. It was a very enjoyable day for all the volunteers.

preserve our great Texas heritage and are the natural
