The SA Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas is a special sponsor. \n\n\n\nContact Stan Drezek (stanwendre@gmail.com) for additional information.or questions. \n\n\n\nLEARN MORE AND REGISTER \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nOrganizer: npsot.sanantonio@gmail.com

SUMMARY:HEB Native Plant Outreach
DESCRIPTION:LOCATION: H-E-B\, 17238 Bulverde Rd\, San Antonio\, TX 78247 \n\n\n\nGood afternoon\, tabling volunteers!  As you know\, NPSOT has partnered with HEB\, which has promoted several native varieties in the spring and fall in their garden section of their stores. The plants will be tagged with the NPSOT logo and QR code to our database for information on the specific plant.  Multiple chapters will be offering tabling at HEB stores.  The San Antonio Chapter will be tabling at the Bulverde Road/Loop 1604 store.  We are asked to staff two hour shifts on March22 and 23 at this store. \n\n\n\nIf you are interested in working one of these shifts\, you will be engaging with HEB customers in the garden section and answering questions about the offered native plants. This is a great opportunity to educate a broad range of home gardeners as to the advantages of native plants.  Volunteers will be asked to view a one hour training provided by the State NPSOT before these dates. \n\n\n\nYou can view the shifts and sign up here:https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A45AAAB2BA3FAC43-55555301-2025 \n\n\n\nHaeley Giambalvo is the lead on this event\, and will be emailing volunteers directly with more specifics in 10 days or so. \n\n\n\nOrganizer: npsot.sanantonio@gmail.com
