SUMMARY:Boerne City Campus Natural Area (BCCNA) Workday
DESCRIPTION:Join us for BCCNA workdays! \n\n\n\nThe BCCNA project involves the restoration and enhancement of the Boerne City Campus Natural Area (BCCNA). The BCCNA is comprised of 13-acres on either side of the Old No. 9 Trail\, behind the library. We are working towards restoring this area to a native pollinator habitat\, creating a wildlife corridor and haven within the city. \n\n\n\nBCCNA Workdays take place on the first and third Thursdays of each month. \n\n\n\nOur meeting place will be in the Boerne Patrick Heath Public Library parking lot near the windmill. If you don’t see us at the windmill\, walk out behind the library across the creek as we’ve likely already started!  \n\n\n\nEach volunteer will be required to fill out the City of Boerne’s liability waiver the first time he or she volunteers. \n\n\n\nContact Jeff Schwarz at jeffschwarz27@gmail.com for more info.

We’ll gather in the cocktail lounge at Bayou Heights Biergarten to share food\, drinks (spirited or non‑spirited)\, and good cheer. \n\n\n\nWhatever traditions you celebrate this season\, join fellow native plant enthusiasts to mingle\, meet our board members\, and swap ideas for the year ahead. Bring your wish lists—because we know more native plants are always at the top! \n\n\n\n🚗 Valet parking will be available for $5. In the spirit of conservation\, we encourage carpooling or ride‑sharing to help reduce our collective footprint—just another way we can keep our roots strong and our impact light. \n\n\n\nJoin us any time after 6:30pm.
