DESCRIPTION:Matt Wagner\, Ph. D. \n\n\n\nMatt Wagner is the Executive Director of the Texas Chapter of The Wildlife Society. He retired from state service after 33 years\, as the Deputy Director for the Wildlife Division of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. He also teaches Wildlife Law and Policy at Texas State University\, and consults on ranches in Central Texas. Matt’s experience includes habitat restoration\, nongame and endangered species policy\, and building collaborative relationships with private landowners.
