Here is a roundup of all the native plant sales coming up this spring that we know of. Our chapters in Dallas, Longview and Cass County usually have sales but we don’t know dates yet. We’ll post updates here as we learn more.
- April 6-8, Dallas – Butterfly Plant Sale, Texas Discovery Gardens 10-2.
- April 7, Boerne – Mostly Native Plant Sale sponsored by Cibolo Nature Center, Kendall County Fairgrounds 9-3.
- April 7, Nacogdoches –Plant Sale and Earth Day Celebration at Pineywoods Native Plant Center 9-2.
- April 7, Flower Mound – Spring Festival sponsored by Keep Flower Mound Beautiful. Trinity Forks Chapter will have plants for sale. 10-1.
- April 7, San Marcos – San Marcos Discovery Center will have a sale starting at 9 am.
- April 14, San Antonio – Bexar Roots Plant Sale at Phil Hardberger Park (East) 9-12.
- April 14, Stephenville – Native & Heirloom Plant Sale, Stephenville Museum 9-3.
- April 13-14, Austin – Spring Plant Sale, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.
- April 14-15, New Braunfels – Folkfest. Lindheimer Chapter will have plants to sell. Saturday 10–6, Sunday 11–5.
- April 14, Cedar Hill – Native Plant Workshop & Sale hosted by Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center, 8 am.
- April 14-15, McKinney – Heard Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary’s Spring Plant Sale, one of the largest and best native plant sales in the state.
- April 14, Weatherford – Weatherford Blooms Festival. Our Cross Timbers Chapter will have a booth selling plants at the event 9-3.
- April 21, Alpine – Earth Day Celebration, 9-1, N. 8th St. and Ave. E.
- April 21, Kerrville – Native Plant Sale & Festival, Riverside Nature Center 9-3.
- April 28, Amarillo – Amarillo Botanical Gardenfest 9-2.
- April 28, Houston – Exploration Green Nature Park Grand Opening. Our Clear Lake Chapter will sell plants 10-2.
- April 28, Seguin – Earth Day Festival. Guadelupe Chapter will sell plants 10-3.
- May 5, Arlington – Spring Plant Sale at River Legacy Park 10-2.
