November 22, 2025 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Our chapter is planning its first-ever community seed swap on November 22 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at the Headwaters at the Comal pavilion. This free event is open to the community and to chapter members. Members may participate as seed swappers AND as volunteers. Please check the details at the Facebook page event. Register here. The volunteer sign up is here.
For people planning to attend this seed swap, there will be a limited supply of free ten-packs of empty seed envelopes and labels at the October chapter meeting, first come, first serve, one pack per person!
A short educational program intriguingly titled: “Cure for the Hard-to-Find Native Plant Blues” will be given by chapter member and seed expert Minnette Marr at the beginning of the seed swap. Learn more about Minnette in Chapter News segment below.
