Arbor Vaughan Consult, LLC. He received a Master of Agriculture in Natural Resources Development from Texas A & M, 1977, and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin SU, 1971. He is a member American Society of Consulting Arborists, has been an arborist in San Antonio since 1978, and is Oak Wilt certified and qualified. He serves on the Board of Directors for Alamo Forest Partnership, Bexar Branches Alliance, and San Antonio Arborist Association.
