Pat Smith has 13 years of experience developing and operating nonprofit centers and social purpose real estate, from housing projects to museums to community gardens. He has worked with local governments, nonprofits, churches, and public universities. Pat received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. He has two Master’s degrees from Air University in Engineering Management and Strategic Studies. He has applied his expertise in managing large-scale Air Force and private construction programs.
