Birds and plants are natural friends, so why not enjoy them together? Join Travis Audubon and Native Plant Society of Texas for a bird and plant identification walk at Waterloo Park, where we will learn more about local flora and fauna and how the two benefit each other. Beginner birders and plant enthusiasts are welcome to this leisurely exploration of nature at one of downtown’s best parks!
The address listed will take you to a meeting spot. You are welcome to park inside the Capitol visitors parking garage (1201 San Jacinto Blvd) and walk across the street to Waterloo Park.
Registration will be through Travis Audubon here. It will close at 8 PM the night before the event, so please make sure to register. Hope to see you there!
